Revision / General overhaul

• clean body and bore
• oil of body and bore
• clean and seal octave boxes
• check and correct bed places
• replacement of tenon corks
• clean and polish keywork, steel rods, pillars, adjusting screws
• straighten any bent keywork and steels
• remove play in keywork
• replace all cork under adjusting screws and mechanical links
• acurate „bottle tight“ repad with cork pads
• leather or gore-tex pads for low register
• regulate spring tension
• Adjust and oil mechanism

Additional as necessary

• replace unsound springs and screws
• replace steel rods
• correct intonation

Working time needed to complete the revision/ general overhaul over 20 hours.
All- inclusive price.

General repair, partial revision is subject to inspection, as necessary and wished.
Price according to time spent.

• solder broken keys
• keywork alterations
• replating keywork (silver and gold plating)
• repair of cracks with cyanoacrylate filling
• repair of cracks with tonehole bushing
• repair of cracks with carbon fiber
• remove play between top and bottom joint with collar of carbon fiber
• replacement of broken tenons (also „greenline“)
